Liberty School Halls can accommodate your needs whether you are organising a meeting, workshop, conference, sporting event, training, AGM or private community/social activity.

A deposit of £200 is required for social and private functions. This payment is only refundable if there are NO damages to school properties and school premises are left as hired. This payment is separate from hall hire payment. |
Booking amendments |

Hirer property storage |

A non-refundable payment of £40 for premises to be opened and closed. |
Booking Cancellation up to 4 weeks before event |

If event is cancelled 4 weeks before the event date, full refund given and only charge administration cancellation fee |

A non-refundable payment of £100 for premises to be opened and closed if booking is during the Bank Holiday, Christmas and Easter holiday periods. |
Cleaning Service |

Only to sweep and mop the hall and surroundings– Please note this does not include clearing all your rubbish and bin bag |
Insurance |
9% of hire cost |
A non-refundable payment of 9% of booking is required for premises insurance. |
Equipment included in room and hall hire charges
- Projector (hirer to provide any adaptors required to connect to own computing equipment)
- Flip chart (hirer to provide own flip chart paper and pens)
- Hall Divider – Between Main Hall and Studio Hall.
Kitchen
- Use of Microwave
- Use of the kitchen does not include full main cooking, cooking utensils, cutlery or crockery.
- No cooking in the kitchen. You can arrange and warm up food with microwave and also prepare simple dishes like salad.
- Fridge provided
PLEASE NOTE FULL CLEANING OF PREMISES MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY HIRER BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES – FAILURE TO DO SO WILL INCUR LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT
