Collection

It is vital that the school dismisses the children safely to parents/carers at 3:15pm. Please make sure you go over to the member of school staff that is in charge of the class and indicate that you are taking the child. Please do not take the child as they are coming out from the exit doors or wait by the exit door to collect your child.  Pupils will not be released in this way as it is very congested, particularly in front of the big blue gates.

If you are going to be late collecting your child from school for any reason please make sure that you contact the school. If we are unable to contact you or your child is late being collected from school, they will be placed in after school care at a cost of £12.  

Who can drop and collect your child from school

Nursery and Reception pupils may only be brought and collected by a known adult aged 18 or above. All other children may only be collected by a known person aged 14 or above when we have received notification from parents.

Children in Years 5 and 6 are allowed to walk home on their own once parents have completed a permission slip.
