Knowledge Organisers

A knowledge organiser captures the knowledge being imparted in a specific unit in one short document. A knowledge organiser helps teachers assess what children know and enables parents to support their children in knowledge acquisition. Each knowledge organiser makes reference to related previous units so that connections can be made to prior learning.
